Warranty and Returns
30 Days Limited Warranty
Sydney Trolleys makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 30 days from the date of purchase when using as recommended by the maunufacturer, or by Sydney Trolleys.
The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does cover extend to damage caused by direct or indirect misuse, abuse, environment, negligence or accidents, unauthorised modification/ alterations outside our facilities, improper storage conditions, lightning or natural disasters, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance.
The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements, such as castors and wheels.
To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
Subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (if applicable) or any other law, Sydney Trolleys expressly excludes any liability for consequential loss, incidental or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for labour, loss of business and business interruption) due to a defective product. Any loss or damage caused to other equipment or accessories used with the product or any loss resulting from a delay in replacement is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds and Returns
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. So please do consider carefully before placing an order.
However, if an item has a major problem, you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

In case of faulty items, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly assist you in resolving any issues with the product. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase – eg. your receipt.
