How much is shipping?
We choose the carrier with the most affordable shipping option at the time you place your order to save your time and money!
To see the cost of shipping, simply add items to your shopping cart, enter the delivery address and the shipping cost will be displayed during checkout process, before the final payment step.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on various factors such as the size, weight, and quantity of items in your order, and where your items are shipping to.
Note: If you’re ordering multiple bulky items (including AT86, AT99CL, AT99D, and AT99DL) for delivery, please don’t hesitate to Contact us. We’re here to help you find the best shipping rate.
When will I receive my order?
We ship to most residential and commercial addresses within Australia. However, we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide us with a physical address for delivery during checkout.
Once your payment is cleared, we will dispatch your order from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. We use the most appropriate delivery method depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. We also provide tracking information for your order, which you can follow on the courier’s tracking website. This will give you a more accurate delivery estimate and allow you to track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

What happens if an item says that it can’t be delivered to my location?
If you receive an error message during checkout indicating that delivery is not available in your area, it could be due to some restrictions imposed by the courier assigned for delivery. In this case, we suggest reaching out to our Customer Care team for assistance. Our team will do their best to assist you in finding alternative delivery options available to your location.
Can I schedule a date and time for delivery?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to schedule a delivery for a specific date or time due to reasons beyond our control. However, we are continuously striving to enhance our delivery service and explore options to provide this feature in the future.
Our courier service operates on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Please note that deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays.
What happen if no one is home?
If you have placed an order to be delivered to a residential address, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or reschedule delivery. The instructions may vary depending on the courier service used, they will provide information on the nearest collection point or how to arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time. It is important to follow the instructions provided by the courier to ensure that you receive your parcel as soon as possible.
If the parcel is being delivered by Couriers Please then they will make one attempt to re-deliver when you are home however only during business hours on weekdays. If this is not convenient for you, we recommend selecting the ‘Authority to Leave’ option when entering your details at checkout. This allows the courier to leave your parcel in a safe and secure location at your residential address without a signature if no one is home.
Please bear in mind, Sydney Trolleys cannot be held responsible for any parcel(s) that are lost or stolen as a result of selecting the Authority to Leave option above. By selecting ‘ATL’, you’ll be responsible for protecting your order from weather damage, theft or getting lost once your parcel(s) have been delivered. In case the courier deems the drop-off area to be unsafe for delivery (ie Unit/ Apartment block), your parcel(s) will be sent to the nearest depot and re-delivery fees may apply. Please note your closest depot could be a bit of a drive.
Can I make special delivery instructions?
Yes, when entering your details at checkout there is a section for you to enter the instructions here. Please note that these instructions can only be basic and won’t allow you to arrange specific delivery dates or times.

What happens if the ETA has pasted and I haven’t received my order?
