After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Sometimes we may follow up for extra delivery details — please reply so we can process your order smoothly.
Didn’t get a confirmation email? Give us a call to double-check your order status.

If we miss your call, please leave a message and we’ll call you back promptly.

In-Store Purchases

Monday–Friday, 9:30am–4:30pm
Please note: Not all items are on display. Feel free to contact us beforehand to confirm product availability.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Direct Deposit
Prefer to pay via bank transfer? Just let us know. We’ll email you an invoice with our banking details. Once payment is received, we’ll confirm it by email.
By Phone

Online Payment
Pay easily online with Visa, Mastercard, or Amex (1.5% handling fee). Contact us for your secure payment link.
For in-store payment
We accept Visa/Mastercard (1% handling fee) and Amex (1.5% handling fee) for in-store payments.
